  1. Blue Book sends out updates that have to be given time to run in order to use it. Once completed, the app will open and give you the ability to log in, don’t, there is a ‘test’ option in the upper right, run that.

  2.  It is recommended to performing ChromeOS updates. Most of our Chromebooks are compatible with Bluebook but it does require ChromeOS 114 or higher. Occasionally, Bluebook won't update when there are pending OS updates.

  3. Troubleshooting: if it looks like this, the student may be still logged in and the app will not work. Have the student log back in to log out. If the testing app still does not load and the BB app has been updated, the unit will need to be power washed **

  4. If the apps are not listed, the unit needs to be power washed**.

  1. If Power Washing didn’t resolve the issue, please have the student go to the MRC to get a loaner device. Thank you.
