If your device has been plugged in and will no longer turn on, please follow these steps.

 

  • unplug your device
  • hold in the power button for a full 20 seconds
  • let go and wait 20 seconds
  • turn on the device, please give it a few minutes before depressing the button again
  • if it does not turn on, plug the device back in
  • try turning on the device

 

if it still does not power back on, a tech will need to look at your device
