• The Chromebox only has 2GBs of memory. Having multiple tabs open in Chrome will slow down the processes. Please only leave the tabs open (no more than 3)  that you need for the lesson and close out of the other tabs. 

• Please clear your Chrome History, and update. Please see the attachment for steps.

• If this doesn't resolve the issue, in a pinch, there are 2 cables attached to the Chromebox, an HDMI & a USB. Please unplug them from the Board (not the Chromebox) and plug them into your laptop.

• Put in an IT Ticket.
